My name is Cahppes Barbmoloddi or Loddi for short.  I'm 15 months old in the picture above - born on September 20, 2004.  Cahppes is the name of the kennel where I was born and is Samic for black or dark furry animal.  Barbmoloddi is Samic for migrating bird.... so, I am a black furry migrating bird-animal!  I am a Swedish Lapphund living in Southern California... where's the snow??  I just returned from a 6 week trip to northern California... the weather did not cooperate and I have not had my annual dose of snow yet!!  Hopefully in the next month or so we will take a trip to the local SoCal mountains for a romp in the snow.  Northern California was WET!!  In a few years we will be moving north for good - can't wait for that!
